  1. How do I apply?

  2. You may apply online at royaloakstownhomes.com.

  3. Can I have a cosigner?

  4. We do not allow cosigners, however, you may have someone apply with you and they will be an equally responsible lease holder.

  5. How long is my lease term?

  6. We offer lease terms of 7-14 months.

  7. What deposits are required?

  8. Pending a credit check, your security deposit may be anywhere from $1000-2 months + $1000.

  9. Is renter’s insurance required?

  10. Yes, renter's insurance is required.

  11. When is my rent due?

  12. Rent is due on the first of every month.

  13. How do I pay my rent?

  14. You may pay your rent online through domuso.

    Are any utilities included in rent?

  15. No utilities are included in the rent.

  16. What utilities am I responsible for?

  17. You are responsible for all utilities, including electric, water and cable/Internet. They are all billed through the utility department.

  18. Who is my cable/Internet provider?

  19. Comcast

  20. What if I need maintenance?

  21. You may contact our Maintenance team through the portal.

  22. Where can I find a copy of my lease?

  23. Please contact the Leasing Office for a copy of the lease.

  24. Do the apartments have a washer/dryer?

  25. Yes, all apartment homes have a washer/dryer.

  26. How do I add a roommate?

  27. Your roommate will need to fill out an application. A credit and criminal background check are required.

  28. Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?

  29. Each apartment home has two assigned spots with a garage & driveway.

  30. Is the community pet friendly?

  31. Yes, the community is pet friendly.

  32. What is the pet policy?

  33. You may have up to two pets, with a 100 lbs total combined weight.

  35. Can I sublet my apartment?

  36. No, we do not permit subletting.

  37. Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?

  38. Yes, if made payable to Royal Oaks Townhomes.

  39. Do the apartments come furnished?

  40. No units are furnished.

  41. Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?

  42. Visitors are permitted. You may register your guest's vehicle online.

  43. Can visitors use the amenities?

  44. Yes, as long as the lease holder is present.

  45. How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?

  46. During business hours, we can let you in. If this occurs after hours, you will need to call a locksmith.
