·         Within 24 to 72 hours on most request, sometimes we may need assistance from a third-party vendor or need to order a part and we will always keep you update

·         How do residents submit maintenance requests (portal, phone, email)?

·         Using the resident portal is the recommend method for submitting request but a phone call or email to the office is welcome as well

·         Who handles after-hours emergencies and how are they reached?

·         Residents would call the office and select the emergence service option and leave a message. The after-hours messaging service then sends the message directly to the on-call staff member

·         What kinds of maintenance services are included vs. billed separately?

·         All maintenance services are included. Residents are liable for damages beyond normal ware and tear or in cases of negligence

·         How are preventive maintenance and property landscaping handled?

·         Preventive maintenance is performed quarterly and landscaping service is performed monthly

·         Move-in between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

·         Move out keys must be returned before the office close on the move out date.

·         60 written notice to vacate is required prior to lease expiration or move out.

·         What makes this community different from other Hollywood, FL apartments?

·         The community consist of only 3 bedroom townhomes with private front courtyard and mature oak trees. This is not a typical setting for an apartment community. The community is ideal for those moving from a private home or requiring more space traditional apartments homes cannot offer. The attach garage, spacious bedroom size, 9-foot-tall ceilings, soaking tub, and oversize walk-in closet are unmatched.

·         Why would someone choose this property over others nearby?

·         We not your typical apartment community. It offers the feel of a private home without the added financial responsibility. We offer onsite management 5 days a week and emergency after hours service. It’s the best of both worlds.
